The article by Ana Colovic, professor at NEOMA, dedicated to post COVID solutions proposed by public administration through the use of crowdsourcing, has been published in the 5 star Public Administration Review.

In their article “Crowdsourcing and COVID-19: How public administrations are mobilising crowds to find solutions to pandemic problems“, Colovic, professor in NEOMA Strategy & Entrepreneurship Department, and her two co-authors, Annalisa Caloffi, (University of Florence), and Federica Rossi, ( Birkbeck, University of London), examines how public administrations have used crowdsourcing to find solutions to specific problems posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the extent to which crowdsourcing has promoted open innovation and the co-creation of services.

This research has been published in the July 2022 edition of Public Administration Review, a five-star listed journal, and the only one that serves both academics and practitioners interested in the public sector and public sector management,
