Here’s a look back at a joyous and emotional ceremony for the 13 new graduates of the Retail Manager course developed by NEOMA Executive Education in partnership with the E.Leclerc Centres.

On Wednesday 15 November, NEOMA Paris Campus hosted the graduation ceremony for the 14 E. Leclerc Centre employees who successfully completed the Retail Manager programme, a tailor-made course developed by Executive Education in partnership with the E.Leclerc Centres.

The course is a 10-month adventure dedicated to strengthening managerial skills, and prepares E. Leclerc staff to move up to management positions, including department manager and store director.

The graduation ceremony was presided over by Michel-Édouard Leclerc, Chairman of the E.Leclerc Centres Strategic Committee and President of NEOMA. His presence underlines the company’s strong commitment to the professional development of its staff, as well as the trust placed in NEOMA’s Executive Education to train its talents.

Michel-Édouard Leclerc was keen to praise the new graduates: “I’m proud of these young people who have the courage to rise above adversity. Anyone who has ever had to juggle work and studies knows that it’s not all smooth sailing. For a few months, your personal life is put on hold, and you cram endlessly for courses in marketing, finance and management, while continuing to manage the day-to-day running of the store. It’s really not easy“.
