Employability Priority: a restructured career approach
Published on 07/6/2022
NEOMA constantly strives to improve the support it offers its students in their transition to the working world. In 2022, the school has further developed the career approach, which aims to provide the best possible employability.
The employability of its students is a top priority for NEOMA. This year, five new sectorial experts have been recruited to provide students with more precise expertise in the different sectors of activity of businesses.
In 2022, this is done through the development of new key moments, fully incorporated in the Master in Management Programme at NEOMA, via the introduction of mandatory credits.
From the discovery of different professions in the first year up to the development of a certain expertise in the final year, these key moments will gradually take place through the programme’s curriculum.
“In-class and remote learning, general and sectorial instruction, for a career in France or abroad, the support provided in building a professional project is spread out through the curriculum. It is intended for 100% of the students in the NEOMA Master in Management Programme and it now includes at least 50 mandatory hours and up to 300 hours over three years,” said Imen Mejri, director of the Master in Management Programme at NEOMA Business School.
