Anne Browaeys, 1997 graduate of the Master in Management Programme and sponsor of the Class of 2023, came to the graduation ceremony this June as a person with remarkable experience.

Anne Browaeys has experienced incredible professional success. She climbed her way up through every rung of the sectors of telecommunications, digital technology, media and tourism where today she is Europe & Africa Managing Director of the iconic Club Med brand.

She is very involved in the life of the school and is a member of the International Advisory Board of NEOMA.

Sprinkled with light-hearted anecdotes and meaningful personal experiences and delivered in a sparkling, cheerful tone, her speech received a long applause.

Offering several pieces of advice while speaking to the graduates, she mainly discussed the importance of a work-life balance in high-level positions. She is proof that both aspects are compatible. “Today I hold a position with major responsibilities, and it is the first time that a woman has been in this role. I wish to inspire you today with a glimpse at my career”, she said.

Anne Browaeys also insisted on the importance of passion. “What I wish for you above all is to always take pleasure in the work you do. The idea of taking on a leadership role with great passion is possible”.
