Every year since 2013, the FNEGE (The French Foundation for Management Education) has approved around forty publications as an acknowledgement of their contribution to the field of management research. "La Logistisation du monde, chroniques sur une révolution en cours", a book co-written by Aurélien Rouquet, professor of Logistics and Supply Chain Management at NEOMA Business School, and Nathalie Fabbe-Costes, has been awarded the FNEGE label in the "collective research work" category. We take a closer look at the book that falls somewhere between an essay and a collective publication.
"La Logistisation du monde, chroniques sur une révolution en cours" (translated: World Logistics, chronicles of a continuing revolution) is an original collection of 56 articles. The short articles, originally published in Supply Chain Magazine, were written by researchers at CRET-LOG, France's leading logistics research centre. “The idea behind the chronicles, something I coordinated over 6 years, was to share information on research with logistics professionals in easy-to-understand language, ” says Aurélien Rouquet.
