NEOMA's world

Thematics :

MSc Business Development and Key Account Management students participated in a military training course with Saint-Cyr, the famous French special military school.

Team Management and Collective Efficacy

155 students on the NEOMA MSc Business Development and Key Account Management programme took part in a seminar in Brittany at the end of April entitled, “Team Management and Collective Efficacy”, provided by SCYFCO Formation Continue, a training organisation that calls on former military personnel who now hold positions of responsibility in companies.

The students were taken out of their comfort zone and placed in hostile contexts throughout a series of 10 increasingly complex workshops. They were forced to experiment with their capacity to adapt, their listening skills, their ability to react to an emergency situation and to delegate in each crisis they faced. The aim of this seminar was to help the students get to know themselves better and to develop their leadership and team cohesion skills.

An incredibly unique experience

“This training session gave me one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. The SCYFCO seminar is specially designed for future managers and leaders. The themes covered during the session were management and leadership, which are highly important for companies! Throughout the entire course I was forced out of my comfort zone and given the opportunity to discover my inner strengths.” Daniel, MSc Business Development and Key Account Management student explains.
