NEOMA's world

Thematics :

While it is not a new concept, peer-learning is coming back to the forefront of the academic scene. The principle is simple: to learn from others. In education, it is a matter of assuming that students have knowledge, and that the teacher will set up methods to ensure that this knowledge is shared, exchanged and formalised.
What are the benefits of these methods for students? How does this impact the role of the teacher? Rachel Beaujolin, Professor at the People and Organisations Department of NEOMA explains it to us.
