NEOMA's world

Thematics :

Riadh Manita, NEOMA professor, and his co-authors published a summary of their research findings in the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance, following the publication of their research paper “Homophily versus monitoring: Do all female board directors drive the gender assignment of audit partners?” in the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy in December 2022.

“The Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance aims to encourage research and study of corporate governance and to facilitate debate in this area among academics, practitioners and policymakers. It is now the leading online resource for discussions on corporate governance. We are therefore delighted that our research has been chosen to make a contribution,” says Riadh Manita, Professor with the Department of Accounting, Control & Legal Affairs.
