The first year students in the TEMA programme started their curriculum with TEMA Business Week.

Coordinated by Nathalie Fontaine, an affiliate faculty member at NEOMA and a Learning Designer, this seminar is just as much an introduction to business as it is a seminar for the start of the year. For the students, it involved gaining a firm grasp on the complexity of how a business operates so they could develop a more comprehensive perspective of it.

Students also learned about the SketchUp and Videoscribe software programmes so they will able to represent a company’s operations through 3D modelling.

The aim of this seminar was also to build class spirit and unity among the students and have them learn how to work during an intensive week, a pedagogic format that is specific to TEMA.
