[Urszula is an Associate Professor in the department of People and Organisations at NEOMA Business Shool. She holds a PhD in Management (FGV-EBAPE in Rio de Janeiro – Brazil). She teaches Leadership Seminar, Management and Organisation, and Negotiation and Conflict Management in undergraduate and PGE programs. Urszula’s research is aimed at understanding the impact of post-heroic forms of leadership and identity processes in organizations.
