ASGHAR Nauman

PhD / Doctorat international, Management, Management & leadership

Nauman Asghar is Assistant Professor in Strategy & Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. He will receive his PhD in Strategy & Business Policy from HEC Paris in May 2023. Prior to that, he studied at the University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar. He received degrees of MSc in Law and Finance (MLF) and Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) at Oxford. His research lies at the intersection of corporate strategy, behavioral theory of the firm and corporate governance. He focuses on exploring the behavioral drivers of resource allocation within organizations from the perspective of organization design. He also studies the antecedents of strategic foresight in organizations. He has presented his work at leading academic conferences of the field including at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and Strategic Management Society Annual Conference. His work has appeared in Best Paper Proceedings of Academy of Management Annual Meeting (Seattle) 2022.
