BERLINSKI Elise

French PhD in Management

Elise BERLINSKI is assistant professor at Neoma Business School. Her research focuses on how algorithms modify decision making, control and coordination by in physical organizations and online. Her research is interdisciplinary and draw on qualitative and mixed methods. Her works have been published in journals such as Revue Française de Gestion and she contributes to the academic community as reviewer, notably for the journal Critical Perspectives on Accounting, and she participates in international conferences such as EGOS, EAA, MASOP. She teaches both management control and humanities.

Elise obtained her PhD degree from ESCB Business School in 2021 and was assistant professor at Copenhagen Business School. She also holds an engineer degree in applied mathematics and computer science and practiced as an engineer during several years.
