BOTE Rose

PhD in Business Administration

Rose Bote is Assistant Professor in the People & Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School. She completed her PhD in Management and Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France. She has an MSc Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Her research interests centre around the role of employees in addressing great social challenges, discretionary work, and social inequalities associated with technological advancements. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and  in conference proceedings such as the Academy of Management annual conference, the EGOS Colloquium, and the Strategic Management Society annual conference. Rose is also a reviewer in several academic journals. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply in London. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Risk Management Officer in a microfinance.
