KIM Dongkyu

PhD, Management, Management & leadership

Dongkyu (Brian) KIM is Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management at NEOMA Business School. He received his Ph.D. from HEC Montreal. He teaches undergraduate course in OB and Psychology, as well as Grande École program courses in Human Resources and Organization and Leadership. His research focuses on leadership, motivation, organizational commitment, prosocial work behaviors, team processes, and ethics in organizations. His work has been published in Journal of Organizational Behavior, Group & Organization Management, and Journal of Business and Psychology. One of his recent works was selected as the best paper in the 80th Academy of Management Organizational Behavior division.
