JING Emma Lei

Emma Lei Jing is an Assistant Professor in the People and Organisations (P&O) department of NEOMA Business School. Emma completed her PhD in the area of organizational behavior at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta, in Canada. Her research interest centers on phenomena at the intersections of individual, organization, and society, such as employee-organization relationship, leadership, and social activism, etc. Emma draws on both individual and societal perspectives to examine these topics, including attachment theory, psychological and sociological theories of emotion. Emma has so far published in Journal of Personnel Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology. Before pursuing a career in academia, Emma spent several years working in industry.
