RUIZ SANTIAGO Laura

Ph.D. in MANAGEMENT (with concentration on IS)

Laura Ruiz Santiago is an Assistant professor of Management Information Systems at NEOMA Business School in France. Laura Ruiz Santiago holds a Ph.D. in Management with concentration on MIS from Rennes School of Business, France, and another from the University of Granada, Spain. Her research interests focus on the business value of IT, covering the study of how firms design and execute IT-driven workplace transformation initiatives to improve firm performance. Her research has been published in Decision Support Systems, Information & Management, and Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management. Laura currently serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several IS journals such as Information & Management, and the European Journal of Information Systems, and has also worked for IS conferences as reviewer and as Associate Editor. Her teaching interests and instructional expertise cover managing digital business transformation, digital innovation, IT management, and IT strategy at MIM and BBA levels.
