YANG Jiachen

Ph.D. in Business Administration

Jiachen Yang (Ph.D., HEC Paris) is an avid learner of philosophy and strategy. He is the creator of two master's level courses exploring the socio-economic consequences of general-purpose digital technologies (e.g., machine learning, digital platforms, blockchain, IoT). He is a passionate researcher of matters related to the issues of convergence of the roles of private corporations and national governments, the development of stakeholder capitalism and inclusive society, and advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. His works have made appearances in the Advances of Mergers and Acquisitions, Academy of Management Annual Meetings, ACIEK etc. He is a consistent reviewer for the AoM and the SMS. Beyond his research and instructing duties at NEOMA, Dr Yang has taken on responsibilities of faculty recruitment, course creation and management, student selection, and promotion of the institution.
