"I have been working in the production sector for over 13 years now. In 2020, I had the opportunity to take a position as Technical Director at Cimde, the engine division of Leroy Somer. I had meetings with presidents and vice-presidents who talked about marketing, sales and strategy. It was important for me to acquire other tools, to understand how an organisation works in all its various dimensions.
