Faculty
Our faculty represents the core of NEOMA Business School’s strategic skills and knowledge. The faculty is dedicated to creating new knowledge on management practices and diffusing it to internal and external stakeholders.
As well as infusing disciplinary skills, our faculty also helps to develop our students’ cross-functional knowledge and social skills. As academic experts and dedicated instructors, our faculty leverage current research – including their own – to provide top-quality teaching, to design and update innovative teaching methods and materials, and to contribute to ongoing, relevant conversations with the business world.
With their expertise, pedagogic innovations, and rigorous, relevant research that is published in top-tier international journals, our professors are committed to excellence in research and teaching, and to transmitting this to our institution and beyond.
NEOMA Business School faculty also include permanent lecturers. Most of these lecturers are also involved in the business world, which allows them to bring practical knowledge into the classroom. As teachers and course coordinators, they draw on their real world experience to contextualize student learning within the issues that matter to the business world. The courses taught by these lecturers include not only foundational courses in all our departments, but also more specialized courses based on their specific skill sets and experiences.
