Ranked 3rd in France*, the Global BBA at NEOMA Business School is a 4-year course (equivalent to BAC+4), designed for students interested in economics, geopolitics, business development, project management, and more.
It is a tailor-made programme, combining business fundamentals, interdisciplinary insights, practical simulations, professional experiences, and study abroad. Over the course of four years, you will experiment, test your skills and knowledge, and choose your courses, languages, study options, double degrees and internships. You will build on your experiences and gradually shape your studies to best prepare you for the career that reflects who you are.
You will kick-off your Global BBA experience by choosing from two 4-year tracks:
- Global BBA – General Track
- Global BBA – Global Double Degree CESEM Track: Study two years in France and two years in another institution of excellence to earn a double degree

The Global BBA, a 4-year academic journey
Study abroad experiences, internships, entrepreneurship, double degrees… The Global BBA will equip you with a strong foundation in management and an excellent grasp of key business disciplines like finance and marketing. Its aim is to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed in your career, both in France and internationally.
The first 2 years of the course are common to both Tracks, so you can acquire and master the fundamentals you need to continue your studies.
General Track
- Years 1 & 2 (choose from Reims, Rouen or Paris campuses)
During the first 2 years, you will learn the fundamentals of management, with periods of work experience in France or abroad. - Year 3 (complete an academic exchange at a partner university abroad)
In Year 3, you will leave France to study abroad for a 6-month or 1-year academic exchange, at one of our 250 prestigious partner universities, top institutions recognised for their academic excellence.
You will also complete an internship in Year 3. You can complete:- A long-term internship (for 6 months) followed by an academic semester abroad (Global 1)
- A short-term internship (during the summer), followed by two academic semesters abroad (Global 2)
Internships can be completed in France or abroad.
- Year 4 (Reims or Rouen campuses)
The final year of the programme will allow you to refine your career plan. You will complete a 6-month internship abroad and will choose from the following specialisations: Entrepreneurship Track, Association Track or Master’s Track, to prepare for continuing your studies.
You can also opt for the Work-study Track for a year of professional development in a company (selective track).
Global Double Degree CESEM Track
- Years 1 & 2 (Reims campus)
The first two years are devoted to learning the fundamentals of management following the same course structure as General Track students. You will either continue or begin learning a foreign language. This period also includes internships, including a 6-month experience in France or abroad. At the end of your first year, you’ll choose your double degree destination from one of our 23 partner universities. - Years 3 & 4 (earn a double degree at one of our academic partners abroad)
Years 3 & 4 will be devoted to your study abroad experience at one of our 23 prestigious partner universities, in the pursuit of a double degree. You will also complete a 3-to-6-month internship abroad in the final year, depending on your partner university.

Skill sets
After earning a Global BBA from NEOMA Business School, you will be an versatile, operational manager working in a multicultural and/or international environment.
This track is based on 5 skill objectives:
- Managing teams and overseeing a department/operational unit
- Displaying personal and professional agility
- Creating and developing projects and/or companies in global and intercultural contexts
- Driving teams and yourself towards a common goal
- Developing a creative mindset and creating value in the projects and processes
- Mastering digital and analysis tools.

Note that you must complete the entire programme to gain these skills; they cannot be acquired separately. The proposed curriculum covers all skills blocks.
Evaluation procedures
The programme is validated in two ways:
- Continuous assessment: Evaluations conducted throughout the course of the programme in the form of individual or collective assignments to be submitted.
- Final assessment: Carried out at the end of the course and may take a number of different forms, most of which are individual.
At the end of the programme, participants who have earned 60 ECTS credits per academic year will be awarded the Level 6 International Management Programme degree.
If any modules are not passed and credits are not earned, participants have the opportunity to retake the evaluations during designated periods for this purpose.

Professional experience for up to 15 months

General Track
- Year 1: 3-to-4-month internship during summer, in France or abroad
- Year 2: 3-month internship during summer, in France or abroad, for students spending two semesters in an academic exchange in Year 3 (Global 2)
- Year 3: 6-month internship, in France or abroad, for students spending a semester in an academic exchange in Year 3 (Global 1)
- Year 4: 6-month internship abroad or Work-study option for a year (selective option – limited number of places)
Work-study option
Through this study option alternating theory and practice, you are guaranteed a high level of professional immersion. This selective option can be pursued in any type of company, from private or public sector organisations, to start-ups, under certain conditions. The work-study format is also a solution for financing your year, as your tuition fees are covered by the company.
- Schedule: 1 week in the company for every 1 week at school during the first semester of each year, then 3 weeks in the company for every 1 week at school in the second semester.
- Courses: You will take classes tailored to your role within the company.
Strong proficiency in French is recommended to fully integrate into this track.
Global Double degree CESEM Track
- Year 1: 3-to-4-month internship during summer, in France or abroad
- Year 2: 6-month internship, in France or abroad
- Year 4: 3-to-6-month internship abroad, depending on your partner university

General Track: spend up to 1 year abroad
You will be studying at one of our 250 prestigious partner universities and will discover another country, another culture and maybe another language for:
- One semester, via the Global 1
- Or a full year, via the Global 2.

The academic exchange will take place in the third year of the programme.

Global Double Degree CESEM Track: 2 years abroad to earn a double degree

Depending on the partner university where you complete your double degree, you may receive instruction in two or three languages (seven languages in addition to English), further enhancing the multicultural aspect of your profile. Pursue a one-year Master’s degree
Once you have graduated, continue your studies to obtain a Master’s degree at NEOMA in our full-time or part-time Master’s degrees, to specialise and deepen your professional skills.

Admission procedures
The admission procedures differ depending on where you earned your last diploma.
Admissions Process
- Complete the online application: apply.neoma-bs.fr
- Provide scanned copies of all original documents in English or French (CV, motivation letter, transcripts, etc.)
- Candidates who meet the admissions requirements will be asked to complete a deferred interview
- Admissions results are sent by email within two weeks of the interview.

Eligibility
Admission to Year 1 of the programme:
- Profile: International high school diploma holders (equivalent to the French baccalaureate).
- Selection: Based on application and interviews (motivation and English proficiency).

- Profile: Holders of a second-level international qualification (120 validated ECTS credits).

Application calendar
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, from September with a final deadline for submissions at the end of June. Applicants will be informed of the admission jury’s decision two weeks following the interview.
However, given the limited number of places, candidates are advised to apply as early as possible.
