Given my ambition to set up my own company, the Business Plan was one of the deciding factors in choosing to do my Executive MBA with NEOMA Business School, so that this was not a venture I was undertaking alone. Titled “Decorexpat, Ze Easy Paris Déc”, my Business Plan gave me serious food for thought as to the positioning of my business, my commercial requirements, as well as financial and organisational, in order to succeed.
The final result is never quite what you start out with, but what was especially reassuring was the solid basis on which the plan had been thought out in the first place.
