With a background in computer science, an MBA in international management and marketing, and a PhD in supply chain management, Rohan is a scholar whose research focuses on the strategic role of supply chain and operations experience within top management teams, global buyer-supplier relationships, supply chain disruptions, and sustainability. His academic work is shaped by extensive industry experience across Germany, Canada, and India, where he held roles as a consultant, demand analyst, supply analyst, and warehouse manager.

Rohan also brings a global, practitioner-informed perspective to the classroom. He emphasizes teamwork, real-world application, and critical thinking, using case studies, current events, and guest speakers to bridge theory and practice.
