Sophie Zeitoun worked as a Regional Director at Sanofi before leaving the company to become a consultant and trainer. She holds a Master's degree specialising in customer relations and service offerings from Neoma. She specialises in management and the development of operational skills and teaches these disciplines as a lecturer at NEOMA Business School.

In addition to her work at NEOMA Business School, Sophie Zeitoun teaches at the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne and works as a management and HR consultant for a variety of companies (services, retail, agri-food, real estate, automotive, etc.).
