Nathalie Dioudonnat has been working at NEOMA since January 2000, where she has taught courses in performance management, human resources management, management and personal development. Today, she is a lecturer in the People and Organization department, working in particular on issues of negotiation and social commitment.  She has published with Edtions Demos on recruitment and motivation in organizations. In parallel with her work, she has carried out a number of consulting assignments, notably on the subject of crisis communication. In 2021, she won the 2nd prize for Excellence in Teaching for the “Social Engagement Project” course she coordinates. Nathalie trains regularly and has a keen interest in innovative teaching methods.
