FONTAINE
Nathalie FONTAINE is a Senior Lecturer in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department at NEOMA BUSINESS SCHOOL and teaches both initial and Executive Education courses. She creates, designs and runs educational programmes in Design Thinking, Innovation Management and Innovative Project Management. She is committed to the development of innovative training courses. She publishes case studies.
Nathalie FONTAINE is one of the few people to hold a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Spécialisées (specialised Master 2) in Economic Psychology (1999), which gives her a keen sense of analysing and understanding the behaviour of economic players in situations of social, environmental and digital transition.
Using an anthropocentric approach, she supports the managers of very small businesses and SMEs in their strategic thinking on managerial innovation and the sustainable transformations that are needed. She has conceptualised the foundations of sober management.
