Andrea Katzenberger holds an M.A. in Modern Literature and Political Science from the University of Heidelberg, where she also worked as a research assistant for the Dictionnaire Étymologique de l'Ancien Français.

A teacher at various engineering schools, she first joined IFI in 1991 and then ESC Rouen. At NEOMA Business School, she is a senior lecturer, German language program coordinator, and Head of the Language Center.

In addition to her work in higher education, Andrea Katzenberger has extensive experience in corporate continuing education.
