The Executive Generative AI for Business Certificate is intended for:

Spread over a period of 5 weeks, the course includes both in-person and distance learning sessions, with synchronous and asynchronous exchanges, as well as individual and group work.

2 – Experimenting with applications of generative AI
You will discover generative AI in the fields of HR, marketing, communication or law, by analysing concrete examples of professional use. A practical workshop will enable you to formulate precise instructions tailored to your specific needs.
3 – Data Management and Data Governance
You will explore how to choose the right AI tools, advanced prompting methods, and critical reflections on the use of generative AI. The module also examines the economic impacts of AI on the market, as well as data management and governance to ensure compliance and security.
4 – Optimising the deployment of AI in companies
Successfully deploying generative AI requires an in-depth knowledge of the basics of AI, the software vocabulary and the transition to production. You will cover essential aspects such as the choice of AIs, data quality, task definition, ROI evaluation, as well as effective cost and budget management to ensure profitability.
5 – AI to meet business challenges
As a team, you will identify the major challenges facing your companies, such as saving time, optimising finances or improving performance. Based on a specific case, you will draw up an action plan incorporating the concepts covered: AI, data quality, task definition, ROI assessment.
6 – Asynchronous courses
You will benefit from full access to online training content, including a variety of practical exercises designed to reinforce and apply the concepts taught.
Evaluation methods
All workshops will be systematically assessed to make up the written and oral mark.
- Written Workshop 1: individual reflection on generative AIs
- Written Workshop 2: correction of prompts submitted by the group
- Written Workshop 3: Formalisation of the action plan
- Oral Workshop 4: presentation of action plans
