Four NEOMA students have been selected to join the prestigious Women@Dior mentoring programme in 2023, a programme that helps build self-confidence and professional daring.
Women@Dior is a mentoring programme designed to support young women in their professional development.
If NEOMA meets the first requirement of being a partner school of the House of Dior, succeeding in meeting the other ones demonstrates the qualities of Shruti and Kshitija, MSc Marketing, track Luxury students, and Soukaina and Malena, International Master in Luxury Management (IMLux) students.
Julia Pueschel and Dilip Subramanian, Heads of the programmes, hugely proud, congratulated the students: “This is an exciting adventure that awaits you and one that will undoubtedly have a significant impact on your future. Seize this opportunity and make the most of it!” says Julia.
“I feel honoured to represent my country and school in this initiative by Christian Dior Couture and UNESCO. It is a unique international mentoring and educational program to promote women’s leadership, sustainability, inclusion and creativity.” says Shruti. Read her post on LinkedIn
“I cannot describe how excited and honored I am to have been selected for the 2023 Women@Dior program. (…) It is inspiring to see a prestigious Maison deeply involved in a more inclusive world and the actual projects that result from the program mentees afterwards.” says Malena.
